I've been using Soline in my game since 2022. In raids, in towers, in hard mode campaign. You can use characters that aren't "SSS tier meta" and still make progress. You can use whoever you want if you don't mind actually playing the game and not just setting everything to auto and calling it a day.

Basically, skill issue.
