posting about mushrooms, I think I'm gonna have a delicious omelet from my favorite diner later for Caturday breakfast, but I'm gonna skip the mushrooms...gonna load up on the protein(bacon, sausage, ham)and then have some onions, green peppers, and cheddar for the cheese...add some crispy, golden hash browns and I'll be good to go

Still undecided if I'm gonna have more carbs via some pancakes, toast, or a pastry/danish...decisions, decisions
