'Nightmare pinch,' what does that mean exactly?

>i feel similar shit

Could you describe? It was absolute uncontrollable at first. It only started to happen last year. At its peak I would be up at 2 or 3 in the morning feeling drowning in sweat and dread passing back and forth. I felt so accelerated and overclocked, as if I was 10 minutes ahead of anyone in this word. I felt so helpless. The crazy part is that I felt my blood pressure and heart rate was about to busrst with blood but everyone told me I had a normal pulse and breathing.

I dunno if you are messing with me, but those word resonate. It is certainly an other wordly experience.
