Contempt is a bit too much but what she did cannot be interpreted by any other word except 'betrayal'.
Everyone calls Mika a witch for backstabbing a friend that she hung out with every day.
Rio also gets righteously lambasted for turning against a student that she should be looking out for.
Nagisa did both things. Personal betrayal AND betraying people who she should be protecting.

I'd argue Nagisa is even worse because Mika was being a naive idiot and Rio was doing it for the greater good. Nagisa only really cared for herself and her personal goals.
