I'm not a hag-lover so ultimately I'm not very invested, but to me Ring-hime is just knockoff Mugi aesthetics which is not very interesting, but Wanko-sensei's weird voice and gradient hair are both cool elements. Plus, I'm a sucker for characters that are doing their best TACHIBANA-SAN impression, she gets some solid points from me just for being a scary stalker.
