>atheists
I'm not an atheist thoughbeit, I'm a theist myself, mostly agnostic. Not Abrahamic, and honestly don't believe any of religions we see around.
If you want a genuine discussion on this you'll really have to drop the "Us vs Them" mindset.
The fact that Abrahamics can't agree on a single sect or religion imo discounts all of it from being real. Studying them, you'd realize there's plenty of ways to make his version (with all the bells and whistles) infalliable while maintaining the choice of people to believe or not (At least, up to the point currently accepted by Abrahamists)

I think you should reread what I said.
Most theists, atheists, and agnostics you meet will be normal, average people with normal average worries.
I'm really discussing the scholars here, of science and of theology.
I never said that theist scholars were bad or unintelligent, but that theist theory often turned against science theory as a way to protect itself (note, often this meant theist scholars killing other theist scholars who simply supported scientific theory)
