why is it so hard for you guys to take a day off

down here if we got extreme weather with scientists and docors telling people to take proper cautions, even if two or three trees fall over the road, we take the day off, school gets cancelled, mr bergenstein cries on tv saying that will hurt the economy but nobody gives a fuck.
It's not that we can afford that, but life is more valuable.
