Official Amogus gamemode in Miliastra Wonderland and Genshin skins in Amongus?

If I wanted to read I wouldn't be playing an open world action adventure RPG full of cute anime girlies.

>only have ~5 characters with completed builds and can only use 2 of them (Furina and Mavuika) in this IT
>leveled up some 4* shitters to 60 with no artifacts purely for the 10 character requirement to enter normal mode, was able to clear it
>hard mode requires 16 characters at 70
If I leveled up more pyro/cryo/hydro shitter 4*s to 70 would I probably be able to clear hard before this rotation ends or would they actually need leveled artifacts and talents?
