So why not just ue any of the furniture bundles?
FG Modern Furniture as an example exists and it has a bunch of crap. Matching themes too. Theres so many assets for use, I doubt its actually that what they want isnt available.

Reasons they dont add anything:
Lazy fucks
Stupid/oblivious
Cannot load the scenes
