Why all the shenanigans then? If they really wanted WW3 they'd just have to push a button and send the nukes. Ramping up military power takes years, if not decades, and drafting won't do shit when you don't have the gear and the logistics, which is exactly our situation right now in Europe. Not to mention that France in particular is almost bankrupt.

There's another war brewing up which is much more likely than a war against the BRICS imo.
