I like how the leader of the free world has been useless for the last 30 years

let's settle the debate here: Is deliberately\ premeditatively ,lucid dreaming of detailed, realistic ; murder, rape, torture, etc of dream characters, morally innocuous since "it's just fantasy"?
or, ARE there consequences for having mastered this hash-to-learn skill just to do what, IRL, would be considered the most heinous of acts?
