Germ theory is talmudic superstition, not science. It posits that we become sick because of bacterial infections. When this started to be challenged, they made up viruses to explain many diseases as they were described as too small to be possibly observed with the tools of the time.

Viruses in reality are nothing more than dead cell debris, the "scientists" take healthy cells, starve and poison them, add some saliva or whatever from a sick person or animal, and then point at the dead cells and take a tiny bit off and say that bit is a virus that killed the cell. But if you do the same thing without adding the saliva, the result is the exact same.

Virus belief is the same as blowing up a man with artillery, taking his severed little finger and claiming it's that little finger that killed him.
