Every biotech stock is a dilution scam. Every single one. It's technically possible that some recover or exceed their IPO price 10-20 years down the line once they pass all their trials. But in the first five years you have basically a 100% chance of 50-99% downside. And of course most go out if business eventually. The ROI, if you factor in the opportunity cost of holding for decades, is worse than actual casino gambling.
