Okay, for the next bit of rolling - I'm going to put the play by play in spoilers so that anons can choose to be surprised by the next couple updates, if they would like. So basically, DON'T LOOK if you want to learn about events along with Hippomedon!

Dadaces makes a sneak attack on the twins just as they leave the arena and turn the cart around - Nicodromus is handling the crossbar, letting the cart pull him downhill and is the closet to the arena wall, and Halocrates is stabilizing/pulling the cart from the front, running alongside - both have their backs to Dadaces at the moment.

Dadaces has a +2 AGI bonus, and a temporary +5 context bonus to the following initiative roll only - he's been chasing his bull as a decoy this whole time, waiting to strike. He has typical +2 to-hit, a +5 wound bonus and no combat skills. If Dadaces wins his initiative challenge, he'll enjoy a smaller bonus of +2 to his combat rolls (because Nico is coming off the crossbar and grabbing his club all at the same time, a bit awkward). Nico has a typical +1 dodge, +9 block bonus, +1 to-hit, and +10 wound bonus (ouch) and no combat skills. So it's DIni, NIni, then DTHx3, DWx3, NDx3, NBx3. If Dad loses initiative to Nico, then these rolls will represent Nico's strike on Dad. Last roll is just damage if either one scores a wounding...
