I have been writing for almost my entire life. Since the moment I learned to read and write I have been writing.
My mom likes to tell the story of when I was in first grade and my class did a writing exercise, where we were all compelled to "write a story." She was a teacher's assistant that day, and she was having to go around to the various 6- and 7-year-olds to prod them along since they were reluctant to do any writing. Then she and the teachers got to me, at my table, and I was scribbling away, and already had pages and pages written. One of the teachers told my mom that I was intimidating.
I just keep writing. I found out about fanfiction in middle school and wrote fanfiction incessantly for about a decade straight. Then I moved on to original fiction and then to poetry. On 4chan I've been a relentless writefag for more than 15 years, churning out posts and pastebin erotica and greentexts and everything else. I've been a machine. I probably have well over a million words written in my lifetime at this point. At this point? Maybe some huge number like 5 million words. It wouldn't surprise me.
And yet the whole world doesn't know my name yet.
Maybe that will change soon.
