I really expected more from the event in general but especially so after what they had teased in both the official preview stream and in past events
There was no follow-up to Other Layla's weird chat with Mizuki from the 5.7 (I think) anecdotes and the Dottore segment ended up just being more or less what you described
Considering the event only has 2 story chapters I think they kind of just phoned it in and used it as a reminder/refresher on where Dottore is from since sooner or later the 'main' story is bound to involve him and Wanderer
