doesn't the playstation literally have a share button on the controller that takes screenshots and video?
also you can make longer webms if you make them slightly smaller instead of uploading 10-second long grainy 1920x1080 videos of the most mundane and boring driving ever. just doing 540 or 420-height webms will effectively double the length you can post and also allow you to generate them much faster.
