No, it’s not actually a 50 Alaskan. It’s a .534 chamber with no taper and would end up at cartridge length of 1.928, a case length of 1.608, bullet length of .970 with a 480 gn .510 diameter bullet. Case volume of 62 gns. It’s a lot shorter and smaller case diameter. Got a picture of 1 from an old magazine and it looks like they originally fireformed 375 H&H brass out for it. Seems to be something from back when messing with .500 and .510 variants was in vogue. Pic is modified trimmed brass vs an actual 50 Alaskan round.
