His default outfit is already in artbook 3 though Cenm0 didn't give any interesting design details other than how his clothing is layered and a zoom in of his Rhodes Island ID (the one pinned to his chest). Picrel is where you can see his fangs...it's just really subtle. And yeah, unfortunately he rarely gets fanart. I think for every single Shalem illustration I have to sift through five or six Phantom x Shalem ones.
