Had my typical lunch
8oz 93/7 grass fed ground beef seasoned with my own blend of spices
1/2 cup of cooked rice
1/4 can of kidney beans
2oz of mashed avocado
Pre workout will have 2 kiwi, 100g blackberries, 100g cantaloupe
Dinner, I dunno, maybe shrimp and sweet potato
Then post dinner protein ice cream I make using 2 cups of macadamia nut milk and 2 scoops of whey along with some other stuff for texture. It's about 350 cal with 50g of protein.
