In her backstory, she's been chosen by her tribe to go as far north as possible because the elder shaman has had a vision of the dragonborn, so she has ventured to Skyrim, and find and become the dragonborn's bride, or just have his baby and bring the child born back home(her tribe is a dragon cult), to be crowned king, or tribe chieftain or whatever.
So, to answer your question, her preference in men is the dragonborn.
