linux user since almost 20 years.
i don't like where linux is heading.
running freebsd in a vm and i like it.
feels more coherent.
similar to slackware in many ways but more coherent.
same init system but freebsd is more coherent and recent.
should i switch?
last time i switched system was 5 years ago

i need to run some vm's, run python scripts mostly and some browsing.

so far i like the package manager 'pkg'.
zfs seems interesting too
