I just made like 2 pounds of chinese-style crispy lemon-sauce chicken as a reward for losing 15 pounds in the last 3 weeks and now I'm completely stuffed since my stomach shrank a lot but it was really really good after weeks of protein shakes and I feel pretty happy for the first time in a bit
If I lose another 10 pounds by next month I will actually be at a healthy weight for the first time in 10 years
