Yeah its a mixed design, as much as I love Biwa her default outfit is really...not good, like Ticket's and Taishins outfits? I love them, they are great, Brians outfit is really cool but Biwa's just...odd to me, doesn't suit her all that well in my opinion, there is also Bourbon that I dislike, Hishi's new outfit is forgettable, Spe's is nothing special etc.
