Seriously, how do you even play Mualani?

And I dont mean what team or rotation, I mean how do you NOT press the attack button while waiting for her charges to fill up? For four fucking years we were trained weave in auto's during E-Q but now suddenly they want us to WAIT and NOT press autos? How do you NOT get frustrated?
