Alouette is my magnum opus and she is super cute so she gets a free pass.
But... Alouette is pretty unknown and people who know her barely spell her name right, the fact that you bring her to the topic raises a certain alert for me and also by the logic of the posts raises her status.
That aside technically any OC that is not direct a copy of an existing character has the potential to become a legit character, theres a wide difference in making for example your own character from the sonic world/setting than literally taking sonic, changing his colors and calling it an entirely different character.
