Forgot to attach pic, the arrow comes from Cobra's side not from where Imu is. I just saw the anime made it look more like it came from Imu though.

I personally think it was Gunko who killed Cobra. We don't see the arrows come from Imu directly do we? It looks to come from his side, not from the throne above and in front.
