i started buying complete in box sfc games THIS YEAR from "junk" lots on yahoo and on average it's 300-500 yen per game, at very worst they're just missing the manual or need some cleaning
you can still get almost EVERY SINGLE nintendo-published sfc game complete in box on yahoo for under 1000 yen each, these 12 being the only exceptions:
