Originally, this was supposed to be another item to get crossed off Dr. Vink's wishlist. But at the time of purchase, the only shop that had a copy that I could easily purchase was in Europe, so shipping it to America would have cost me more than double the price of the book. I instantly said "fuck no" to that, bought the book and scanned it. And with Vink's situation being what it is, I decided to have a go at it myself. That was in spring. This thing literally took me all summer.
Well, I did send Dr. Vink the raw scans as well, so who knows, he may produce a better release someday?
