I did read it a long time ago, I'll see if I can find some rules I can borrow. Otherwise the plan was for the character to use cha to hire retainers (maybe reduced cost), and just treat them as a small mob, but keep the morale and all the mechanics that can go wrong. Also made a custom class which take both the good and bad aspect of both the knight and cleric. Also borrowed the skill rules from Worlds Without Numbers, and assigned them similarly. I'll experiment a bit, I don't want things to be either too easy nor a meat grinder
