if u search up "fat percent in relationship to cognitive issues" or something along the lines of that you get a bunch of docs talking about how all the studies are a straight line. bodyweight goes up, mental issues goes up. one doc even was so bold to say "being fat is the 800lb gorilla in the room when it comes to cognitive issues like depression" and I can see how its true because fat builds up in your brain and you lose neuroplasticity. when I was normal BMI I was extremely high functioning, but then I had a bad breakup with my gf(male) 5 years ago and my childhood friend hanged himself, uncle died from a stroke right in front of me, and now I'm 35 bmi and I'm like too disabled to function almost. idk how these fat people are so high functioning. a few days I realized fat is the core issue for me so I'm just going snake diet. need to get rid of this fat as fast as possible at all costs.
