The list of good Fate games and not VNs can be counted on one hand. I unsurprisingly like Extra for its stat distribution and boss fight set-up while CCC has the better story and Gilgamesh.
I have few doubts that Extra's remake could be the most high-profile game Typemoon will actually put out for a fair bit given how long their damn games take to make.
