Kroot leaker who posted proto version of a Kroot companion art here indicated that there will be more than 2 xeno companions. Another Eldar is a safe bet, including some type of a Harlequin. Owlcat said they at first wanted to make Nocturne a companion, but it was abandoned early since he worked better as an NPC in RT. DH might be written in a way that would make Harlequin companion viable
Discount Cherubael Daemonhost would be a no brainer and is a safe bet too
Several kill teams were already shown in trailer. Kroot Farstalkers, Eldar Corsairs, Chaos Cult (Accursed Cultists), Night Lords at least. Ratlings and Ogryns are one team in Kill Team and I wouldn't be surprised if we got a Ratling too for this reason. Votann will be in Mechanicus 2, another model wave will happen eventually, perhaps Owlcat will include Squat companion for this reason as well. Either Squat or Ratling short companion is possible, but not two at once I think.

No, those were released 2 years ago. I seriously doubt it's some GW conspiracy here, this isn't tied to anything tabletop related. GW doesn't do cross promotions anyway, Titus low effort and ugly mini was the most they have done. Owlcat announced this dlc before game released, Fatshark decided to make Arbites separately as an excuse to reuse Sienna Necromancer NPC system for a pet class and also allowed them to rework underused Mauls and Shotguns.
Admittedly Kill Team is a nice source of cool minor factions and concepts. Dark Heresy will clearly use accursed cultists (mutating ones, they show up in trailer when Kroot flashes her cake), Kroot and Eldar Corsairs from it at least. Nightlord enemies will be most likely taken from it as well. Navy Breachers are from it too.
