There is a lot of help out there for people with porn addiction. Sadly, there is barely anything to help the people on this thread who are sick with a mental illness that hasn't even been discovered yet.
It has to be a disease that's an evolution from the typical parasocial obsession for a movie actor or a music artist. The bond is x10 stronger than the typical parasocial obsession before the internet was a thing, because the viewers have the ability to see the streamer almost every day and interact with them in chat, Twitter, Instagram, and Discord (and all of the stalking that you can do, from paying attention to their status on Discord to stalking their follows on X and IG, etc.).
Treat it like a drug, quit it cold turkey. Don't be ashamed if you relapse, just keep trying until you are free from caring about what the "next gossip" is going to be about these fucking people. Their lives are like a shitty tv show that will go for years and years and never ends. Dont waste you life over it.
