Not really, there are religious kibbutzim and moshavim, it depends on the community.
as a young single adult you don't really have a lot of ways to move to a kibbutz, they mostly want families so the community grows and has a future, then theres the whole thing about how you make a living there, and its either essential services like medical stuff and police and fire fighting, which they already have, or agriculture, which is what 90-95% of them work at there, so you need some sort of degree in agriculture or at the very least some experience with it.
and then there are the rich folks who just rent out zimmerim for tourists
