Canadian milk elf apparently is the purple-sstrain of dark elves a la World of Whorcruft.

At least so it is written in the LN, but the manga, anime and even the same LN's covers changed her to be pink. Still is said to be a dark elf, although only her outfit color scheme really tells you that.
