I'm 30 years old, on HRT for almost three years, and 176-177 cm tall.
I weighed 187 lbs a year ago. So I starved myself and cycled to get my body back on track, and I lost a lot of weight. On the right is my weight 4 months ago, 136 lbs, 2 years and 6 months into HRT, and on the left is now 152 lbs, 2 years and 10 months into HRT.
I don't know if I should continue eating a lot to strengthen my thighs, or if, paradoxically, it makes me look more masculine? Since I have broad shoulders, I'm not sure.
I'd like your advice on this (I also tend to bloat quickly, especially my stomach...). I'm afraid of gaining belly fat again and getting a "dad bod" like I had a year and a half into HRT (I don't know why I was gaining feminine fat and then my upper body started to bloat).
