I've seen lots of people open to the idea of using R1 Nilou (C1 for increased ring duration and preferably C2 for dendro shred) in the hydro slot for Nefer teams, but does she actually have enough application on her own to keep up enough bloom reactions to generate dew and whatever weird thing Nefer uses?
As far as I've understood people use Aino both for accessibility and because her applicaion is more frequent, but how much do you ACTUALLY need? Is it just so you can use Aino in a Flins team and have Nilou be in the Nefer team instead? What's stopping someone from using a C1R1 Nilou for hydro app in a Flins team instead?
