They're really good. Claire's support Craft is cheap and lets her do what only Elie and Schera could previously, accelerating the turn order, except that her Craft applies to all of your party members at once and also comes with an included buff of 3 different stats.
Toval's crafts aren't too special, but his cast delay reducing gear is godtier.
