I haven't read anything about that; the founder appears to be some moomer from Los Angeles with an Italian last name and covered in tattoos, which probably means he's one of these metalheads or some shit

A couple of months ago they announced they were succumbing to the caffeine jew and starting to add caffeine so they become like every other fucking tiresome (((energy drink))) brand on the market...I don't care so long as they came making their regular shit, which far as I can tell is just simply flavored carbonated water, but their shtick is they add both agave nectar and stevia leaf extract to the water, which of course many other of these brands do...but again, I'm just trying to slowly wean myself off of everything until I'm solely drinking water at least nine times out of ten

And like I posted before, this shit gets expensive...it's around $6-7 for a 12 oz. six-pack of cans
