About a decade ago, /aco/ had this nazi mod that put people in time-out for "off topic" constantly. The *second* a conversation veered off topic, people were getting banned. It completely stifled discussion. That guy eventually left and discussion here became much more healthy.

Going a little off-course is not only fine, but necessary for the flow of conversation. All he did was post a render relevant to the conversation. Chill the fuck out.
