I don't understand, why not give Heathcliff only 1 ID this season and give him an actually good and exciting one in the middle of the next one?
Why give him a branch we already have, and not even an adept at that? Why not have it be some sinner who actually could use a heishou like Don or Meursault or hell even Outis? I genuinely don't get it, it feels extremely strange.
