All semiautomatic CENTERFIRE rifles and shotguns are limited to 5 rounds.
All handguns of any kind are limited to 10 rounds. The hipoint is limited to 5 because the Arcees are fags and said it uses a rifle mag.
All rimfire rifles and shotguns have unlimited mag capacity. Except the 10/22, which is limited to 10 because the Arcees are fags and said it uses pistol mags.
Centerfire semi auto rifles that use pistol mags like the Henry Homesteader can use (in this case glock) mags with 10 round capacity.
Semiauto tube fed shotguns are limited to 5 rounds of the max shell length the gun is chambered for. If your gun is meant to fit 5x3" shells in the tube, and you can fit 6x2-3/4", that's legal.
There is no mag limit for manual action centerfire long guns (pump/bolt/lever/other). You can easily buy a 30 round drum for a pump shotgun if you like.
Overcapacity manual mags cannot be designed for semi auto guns originally. Your bolt action 223 that takes STANAGs still needs to use pinned 5 round mags. 10 rounds if you've got LAR mags.
