I need help with some mental rot i get in. Sometimes i get very mental and start being shy, neurotic and anxious around people. I usually fix it by focusing on the present and disregarding thought. I've looked it up online and mindfulness and zen meditation cures it but im really spacing out a lot and im curious on what kind of vibe or state i am on.
