What, you mean the design or the graphics?
The town in Redigitize is already built and there's barely any changes when you recruit more Digimon, while the town in Next Order start as a small village before it expands into an actual town with multiple districts. Doesn't help that the town in Redigitize is just a bunch of hallways while Next Order are more varied with more open space areas.
