Depends on what you mean by slice of life. Some people want to read about actual daily life with no overarching narrative, other people just mean "slow paced fantasy that meanders towards a conclusion."
Any Japanese fiction with "slow life" in the title might be what you're looking for but be aware they may sneak a larger narrative in there at some point.
