I don't know if you know much about how the training works under the hood but just because you dump the corpus of all-human-created-information and art since, say, 1000 BC (or whatever), on doesn't mean that today's AI will be able to process it as well as the newer version next year. While AI is advancing fast (go to the link below and hover over the image to see what I mean), it takes time for humans to properly pre-process data for AI to train on when it comes to _meaningful_ training.

Put another way, a pelican eel is a type of eel but AI doesn't usually know what a pelican eel is because the images (which HAVE been fed to the AI) haven't been manicured properly to let it know.
