I guess it would be interesting. Also coincidentally, the plan for the master crystal thingy was that it would be a fire stone, so if I was actually a capable writer who could make this plan work, I could've potentially have made it so that Matsui effectively fought the stone itself as an Arcanine. A third layer of authority. Oh well.
