Finally, I suspect much of today's fevered, hateful, frenzied and fanatical politics is driven by frustration and anger, so strong it leads to hatred of the potential causes of one's suffering, whose proper object is not other people but in fact the curse that hangs over you and your family due to the sin of some ancestor, which has set in motion that uncanny string of bad "luck" (really, divine punishments) that seem to be so unlikely to cooccur as to amount to more than a coincidence, but instead seem like the work of evil. Indeed, the bizarre, endless stream of terrible events that's always occurring in your life is the result of evil and is more than a coincidence, but it's not the evil of those people that your political leaders, who themselves are cursed and their families along with them for their sinful ways, rather the evil plaguing your life and making you hateful enough to lash out at others is the evil of the intergenerational curse that began shaping your life the very moment you were conceived and your life began.

Rather than looking for a political solution to your suffering, which does not exist (therefore all those demagogues promising an end to your troubles if you follow their program and worship them like idols are liars), you'd do far better to look for a theological solution by finding a way to break the curse that has been plaguing you are your family's lives.
If you are indeed cursed, and if you seem to end up with one back coincidence after another after another, then you very likely are, then the only way to get out of this nonstop misery that's guaranteed to continue until you die is to break the curse that you were born into.
The only political leader worth following would be one who acknowledges the utter prevalence of intergenerational curses in the modern world that has systematically turned against God, hated him, and so whose members have been cursed for generations to come in God's divine punishment that's always right
