Same. I work in private equity. We no longer buy companies with Indian management. It’s an unwritten internal policy. The corporate culture they create is one of complete pretense. From accounting practices to accountability, it’s all fake, doctored, pretend. In other words, there’s nothing legitimate about these businesses.

>never get past integration, they earn $$ for 6-7 months attempting to integrate their software with sales force, snap force, netsuite, hyperion, argus, whatever, and then the customer fires them and pays a bundle to get out of the deal
>we back out of process and move on to another acquisition target

They scam at all levels at all times. That is their culture, their ethos, everythig. It’s all pretense.
